Southern Alberta Veterinary Emergency is a growing emergency practice just north of Okotoks. We are currently looking for a full time Veterinary Technician Assistant to join our growing team. The schedule works on a rotational basis of days, swing shifts and overnights with weekends and holidays expected. Starting wage will reflect on experience.

SAVE is part of the VetStrategy group of clinics. VetStrategy is a 100% Canadian operated group of veterinary clinics with locations throughout Canada. We believe that veterinary clinics are an integral part of the community they serve and as such we put a large focus on community-based activities and initiatives. Every clinic we partner with is unique and serves a very diverse client base.
- At least 1 year minimum of experience as Veterinary Tech Assistant in a clinic, more is an asset
- Experience in Emergency medicine, it is not essential but is an asset
- Passion for patient care and the strive for high quality of care for hospitalized patients
- Solid communication skills, both when dealing with clients and interpersonal relationships
- A high level of standard in quality of work and work ethic
- Good initiative and reliable attendance
