We are currently accepting Resume’s and letters of intent for the position of:
BGC Team Leader
- Supervise planning, implementation, and evaluation of exciting, challenging, safe and adventurous programming in line with the BGC ‘Model for Success’;
- Ensure completion of staff scheduling for programs;
- Direct certain funding reports along with the implementation of funding expectations into front-line programs;
- Directly support and assist Program Coordinator positions; Ensure Program Leaders are supported as required;
- Lead team meetings;
- Ensure Staff training is implemented for team members;
- Delegated and follow-up on assigned work duties to staff team;
- Work as Camp Director/Team Leader of Camp Alexo programs, which is at Camp Alexo in the summer (one week of time off in the summer scheduled), with planning duties and assignments during the rest of the year.

Details:

- 5 hours per week with regular Team Lead hours agreed upon. Some evening or weekend support for staff team members, usually via phone, may be required.
- Must complete the agency screening process, which includes Criminal/Vulnerable Sector Check, Secondary Interview and Child Safety Training as needed.
