**Kinetic Construction Ltd.** has an opportunity within our Victoria Branch for a **Design Build Estimator** to be responsible for design build estimates and provide support to the estimating team for other projects with a high degree of team integration. Identify and mitigate unknown risks.

**Position Specifications**
- 5+ years of experience in Design Build
- Experience with Design Build projects, procured by any provincial procurement agencies, like Infrastructure BC (nee PBC), Infrastructure Ontario, Alberta Infrastructure, and similar
- Undergraduate degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering or Architecture considered an asset
- Estimating and Quantity Take Off software knowledge is an asset
- Ability to read and interpret contract specifications, drawings, and other construction documents
- Must have a strong attention to detail, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a positive attitude internally and externally
- Must be self-motivated with strong willingness and ability to learn and to be challenged
- Strong analytical, above average mathematical skills, critical thinking, troubleshooting, problem solving skills, and a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to document and organize information efficiently and accurately
- Proficient and demonstrated skill with Timberline Estimating, Microsoft Office Suite, BIM360/AAC, Procore
- Experience and Knowledge in BIM / VDC
