We are looking for an energetic, hard-working cleaner to join our team at Imperial Suites. This is not hotel cleaning, rather furnished private condominiums with a small team.

We have over 30 different locations across the city. These are private condos & homes that are fully furnished and rented for a minimum stay of 30 nights. We offer a great opportunity for people who enjoy fast-paced environments, change, and working with a small, close-knit team.

Typical job duties include:

- Packing required linens, towels, and cleaning supplies
- Regular weekly cleans (quick cleans of occupied apartments while resident is not home)
- Resets of suites (full clean of suites that guests have departed)
- Unloading vehicle at the end of day
- Working with the same group of people
- Driver must be comfortable with driving a company vehicle to various buildings throughout the city

General Hours:

- 9 a.m. - 3 p.m. Monday to Friday (varies depending on the workload)
- Some weekend work available (optional)

Qualifications/Skills:

- Housekeeping experience / Class 5 Drivers License & Driving capabilities would be a bonus

Starting Wage/Benefits:

- $17 an hour
- Opportunity for promotion to Team Leader based on performance
- Oppotunity to earn additional hours through on call rotation and meet & greet with new tenants
- Dental/Health benefits after 3 months (premiums 50% paid by employer)

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: From $17.00 per hour
