**Job Overview**
**Duties**
- Greet guests warmly and provide them with menus
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner
- Ensure tables are properly set and sanitized before and after each service
- Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food handling safety standards
- Handle cash transactions using the POS system, ensuring accuracy in cash handling
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area throughout service
- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
- Knowledge of food handling and sanitation practices is essential
- Excellent time management skills to efficiently manage multiple tables during busy periods
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus
