ecostep is looking for energy advisors to join our growing team. We need advisors to perform energy assessments for residential and small commercial customers to support utility rebate programs. Applicants should have experience performing energy audits and a good understanding of building science and technologies.

ecostep offers competitive rates along with flexible working hours. Training will be provided.

**Responsibilities**
- Perform energy audits on homes and/or small businesses
- Discuss energy efficiency and conservation tips with customers
- Confirm eligibility of customer by collecting and reviewing documentation
- Complete and submit results and photos of energy audit to a CRM system
- Possibly complete blower door test as required depending on program
- Possibly model home, complete and submit file (HOT2000) as required depending on program

**Experience & Requirements**
- EXCELLENT customer service and communication skills
- Attention to detail, professional approach to being an energy advisor
- Solid understanding of building science, technology and equipment of homes and/or small businesses. Experience and knowledge with lighting, HVAC and refrigeration is an asset.
- Good computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Office) with the ability to learn new software programs
- Own transportation with valid driver’s license, a good driving record and insurance
- Own cell phone, computer with Windows operating system and tools
- Active REA license with NRCan may be required for certain programs

To do that, we need experienced energy advisors to join our amazing team of industry professionals. ecostep is a licensed Service Organization with Natural Resources Canada and has contracts with Enbridge and other organizations to deliver rebate programs across Canada.

With ecostep you can manage your own schedule and area. We will work with you on the days and times that you want to work and the areas that you want to cover.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

Pay: $75,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
