Bouncer / Bar Back

Sistos Pub is a busy late-night spot in Mission known for great service, good vibes, and a welcoming atmosphere. We’re looking for a reliable, energetic team member to join our front-of-house crew as a **Bouncer / Bar Back**. This hybrid role is perfect for someone who’s comfortable with both security presence at the door and hands-on support behind the bar.

**Position Overview**:
This is a part-time role, primarily working **Thursday-Saturday nights**. You’ll act as a general FOH assistant—helping keep guests safe, tables clear, and the bar running smoothly on our busiest nights.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests at the door and check IDs.
- Ensure a safe and respectful environment inside the pub.
- Assist with bussing tables and clearing glassware.
- Support bartenders by restocking, running supplies, and maintaining cleanliness behind the bar.
- Provide general assistance to the FOH team as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Availability **Thursday-Saturday evenings/nights** (late closing shifts).
- Friendly but assertive presence—comfortable handling security duties.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be of legal age to work in a licensed establishment in BC (19+).
- Serving It Right certification required (or willingness to obtain).
