This role is essential in supporting our cooks and food service staff, contributing to an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

**Responsibilities**
- Clean and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, and utensils using appropriate cleaning methods.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including floors, countertops, and equipment.
- Ensure that all items are properly stored after cleaning to maintain organization.
- Do the disposal of waste and recycling in accordance with health regulations.
- Follow all food safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality setting is required.
- Familiarity with food handling practices and sanitation standards is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Willingness to assist with various kitchen tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility in responsibilities.
