Serving Hands Senior Care is a family-run, community-based home care agency proudly serving **Spruce Grove, Stony Plain, and Parkland County** since 2016. Our mission is to help seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes through compassionate, respectful, and personalized care.

We are currently hiring **Health Care Aides (HCAs)** for **part-time and full-time opportunities** supporting clients in their homes. This role is ideal for caregivers who value consistency, teamwork, and meaningful relationships with the people they support.

**Position Highlights**
- Consistent, predictable hours
- Home care in Spruce Grove, Stony Plain, and Parkland County

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist with personal care and Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- Support mobility and transfers
- Provide medication reminders and non-invasive assistance **within HCA scope and as outlined in the care plan**:

- Monitor and document changes in health or behaviour
- Deliver compassionate, respectful, client-centred care
- Remain awake, alert, and responsive during overnight shifts (when scheduled)

**Essential Requirements**
- Registered Health Care Aide (HCA) **in good standing** on the Alberta Health Care Aide Directory
- Current BLS/CPR and First Aid certification
- **Must have a valid Alberta Class 5 driver’s licence and personally drive a reliable vehicle to and between client homes (public transit is not available).**:

- Clear Vulnerable Sector Criminal Record Check
- Fluent in English with strong verbal communication skills
- Physically able to assist with mobility and transfers
- Dependable, organized, and compassionate

**Experience Preferred**
- 1+ year in Health Care or Personal Support work
- 1+ year in Home Care or Community Care settings
