- Effectively engaging with our guests on the sales floor by establishing rapport and providing suggestions and wine pairings when appropriate
- Coaching and training of Service Champions
- Receiving orders and unloading pallets; stocking the sales floor
- Executing all daily tasks and merchandising needs while ensuring guest experience is first priority
- Sharing concerns, observations and positive feedback with the manager on a weekly basis and communicating clearly and effectivelyEnsuring cleanliness, effective lighting and music level of the retail environment meets JAK’s standards and all orders are stocked and faced
