**OVERVIEW OF POSITION**:
We are hiring a Collection** **Supervisor to join our team. As an integral member of the TCR team, the Supervisor plays a key leadership role in coaching, mentoring, providing direction, and ensuring quality of the services within their department. Reporting to the Collection Manager, this position is currently work from home, but will be based out of the Toronto branch.

**DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO**:

- In coordination with the Leadership team support production needs daily
- Coaching agents to success (Kpi’s, Compliance, Negotiation skills etc.)
- Support the hiring and onboarding process
- Administrative functions including creating reporting and managing the team’s support desk
- Handle escalated customer calls, and collections calls as needed
- Other duties as assigned by Collections Manager or Director

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Fluent in English
- 1-2 years of collections experience or relevant supervisory experience
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills (specifically Excel)
- CUBS knowledge would be an asset
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Quick learner and able to adapt to changes well
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize
- Willingness to learn
- Professional, tactful and empathetic

**SHIFT**:
The Collections Supervisor will be required to work days as well as evening shifts on a rotating basis. The position will also require one rotational Saturday shifts.
