The **Completions Coordinator**oversees and coordinates all aspects of completions and system turnover/acceptance. The Coordinator will oversee the planning, preparation, and execution of pre-commissioning activities.

Area of Focus:

- Developing, preparing and maintaining a completions management database using specialized software including completion and check sheet audits;
- Provide project completion reports to the Commissioning Manager. The reports will review past progress, current work, development of future plans and compare actual progress with planned progress;
- Responsible for collection of turnover data and compilation of turnover data from construction and compilation of handover data for project handover to client, (certificates, documents check sheets etc.);
- Maintaining a deficiency punch list for all phases of the project and across all disciplines and ensuring punch list assignment to responsible party as well as punch list completion;
- Liaising and interfacing with contractors, construction, project management and team leads regarding completions and deficiencies;
- Assist Commissioning Manager in project function such as HSE Statistic entry and reporting, timesheet entry and or review, project purchasing, etc.;
- Assist Commissioning Manager in commissioning work assignment.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree/diploma in a Technical Discipline;
- Planning & Scheduling experience considered an asset;
- 10+ years’ related experience;
- Experience in Commissioning turnover;
- High level of experience with Microsoft Excel & Completions Management Systems;
- Experience with Hexagon/Smart Completions is preferred.
