Field Operations Supervisor

- **DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:_
- Be a role model to guards in the field.
- HEAD to TOE Uniform Inspections
- Conduct Mobile Patrols, spot checks, and site visits.
- Respond to Alarm & Emergency Calls.
- Conduct Field Level Site Assessments.
- Learn job duties and responsibilities of different sites & cover them in the event of emergencies.
- Build rapport with Agents in the field
- Address any client complaints and meet with client representatives if required. (Always inform management)
- Assist with training & retraining field Agents as required.
- Dealing with emergency calls/ sick calls by managing available resources.
- Be on call and willing to come in every for any emergency operational needs.
- Reporting to Management for any supply, training & fleet needs.
- Work closely with other day & night field team members to ensure entire field operations are running smoothly.
- Keep a detailed log of completed, current, and upcoming tasks. Completing shift summaries with that information, and anything that requires the attention of the upper management.
- Going to new & temporary locations, as directed by management, to take direction from the client and relay that information to oncoming guards.
- Review daily site reports and maintaining the highest reporting standards. Constant coaching & training agents who are below the mark.
- Assisting dispatchers to find adequate agents in the event of sick calls, emergency coverages.
- Call the on-call manager if there is something that requires immediate attention.
- Assisting operations support in distributing and creating run sheets.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- **Must have a valid Alberta Security License**:
- **Must possess a valid Class 5 driver’s license (non-GDL)**:
- **Must have vehicle**:
- Must be able to provide current drivers abstract
- Must have strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and comprehensive report writing ability
- The ability to multitask is an asset
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Strive to develop strong leadership skills both personally and in a team atmosphere
- Experience in dealing with and meeting key performance indicators
- Ability to develop and sustain strong relationships in the workplace. Working in cooperation with Compliance, Human Resources, and Operations
- Willingness to succeed and take initiative in the workplace to assist with the development of new processes and procedures ensuring company success and client satisfaction
- Strong drive to be a valued contributing member of the senior management team
- Demonstrates the professional ability to lead employees while being able to think on a new and creative level inspiring positive change and service deliver
