**Job Description**:
**Purpose**

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare contracts, renewal contracts and amendments for new and existing clients
- Perform analysis and understand how pricing models work
- Negotiate deals with clients
- Work closely with all specialized departments involved in the contract management
- Share contract knowledge with internal stakeholders
- Provide ad-hoc legal support related to all parts of the business

**Qualifications**:
**Employment Prerequisites**
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3-4 years of contract management experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, specifically the tracked changes feature
- An understanding of financial details
- Flexible, positive, and well-organized team player, comfortable working in a fast-paced software company
- Ability to work independently and with little oversight
- Ability to clearly communicate ideas to diverse business and technical audiences inside and outside of the business

**Desired Competencies**
- Experience working with technology companies
- Experience working in healthcare or other highly regulated environment
