**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or imperfections.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements.
- Collaborate with carpenters and other tradespeople to ensure seamless project execution.
- Rig and build scaffolding as needed for high or difficult-to-reach areas.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding project progress and any issues that arise.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in industrial painting, commercial painting, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of blueprint reading and schematic interpretation.
- Ability to rig and build scaffolding safely as required for various projects.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients efficiently.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Previous experience in restoration projects is a plus but not mandatory.
