We are seeking a reliable class 1 Truck Driver to join our team. As a Truck Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods and materials to various destinations. This is a crucial role in our organization, ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining the integrity of our products. You must be willing and able to work in Canada and the USA. Most of our work is hauling lumber and steel to and from Northern Alberta to Vancouver. You must be experienced driving standard transmission trucks and be comfortable driving in the mountains in the winter.

**Duties**:

- Safely operate commercial vehicles, including trucks and trailers, to transport goods
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper handling and securing of items
- Plan routes and follow delivery schedules to ensure on-time deliveries
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure its safety and functionality
- Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies while driving
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel consumption, and other relevant information
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members
- Perform basic automotive repairs or maintenance as needed
- Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts to assist with loading and unloading

**Experience**:

- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record
- Proven experience as a Truck Driver or similar role
- Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures
- Familiarity with operating heavy equipment such as forklifts
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Excellent communication and customer service skills

Pay: $5,000.00-$10,000.00 per month
