**What you will be required to do**:

- Inspect and diagnose any current/and or potential issues regarding overhead doors and loading docks (commercial/industrial).
- Make recommendations in accordance with manufacturer’s specifications.
- Complete repairs to overhead doors and loading docks (commercial/industrial).
- Ensure all paperwork (i.e. work orders, inspection sheets etc.) is completed neatly and accurately.
- Ensure pictures are taken in accordance with company standards.
- Maintain mechanical and physical condition of service equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service and communication.
- Review inspection findings with customer while on site.
- Review any major safety concerns found during inspection with customer and advise the office of potential service call.
- Perform work assignments in accordance with the OHSA regulations.
- Responsible for adhering to the company’s health and safety policies and procedures.
- Ensure tools and equipment are in good working condition and secure.
- Complete daily truck and trailer logbooks to comply with CVOR.
- Other duties as assigned.

**What you will need to be successful**:

- At least 2 years of lead hand experience.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Mechanically inclined (comfortable using power hand tools).
- Self-starter, team player with positive attitude.
- Ability to handle physical workload.
- Must be able to work independently.
- Comfortable working at heights.
- Must be able to commit to a Monday to Friday work schedule.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $26.00-$35.00 per hour
