**Shop Foreman** role is to provide administrative support for the Service Team and quality customer service in a professional and profitable manner.
**Shop Foreman** responsibilities include work-flow assignment, technician mentorship and efficiency improvement.

**You'll be a match if you have...**
- A high level of mechanical/technical competence is required. This is a working foreman position.
- Journeyperson ticket in Heavy Duty or AG and/or equivalent experience and education can be considered
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic - medium computer literacy
- Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract
- Physical ability to lift/push/pull a minimum of 50lbs to maneuver in/through/around equipment easily and safely
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors with have a tolerance to fumes or odors
- Willing to obtain Fork-lift operations safety certificate

**_Starting wage: $95,000_**
