- As a Night Auditor, you are responsible for providing our hotel guests with a positive impression. You will help to create an exceptional guest experience that drives guest loyalty. Night auditors are also actively involved in making room reservations, completing late check-in and check-outs, assigning rooms, and when needed to follow up and deal with any noise complaints / guest issues that are received during the audit shift. General cleaning duties to keep the public area clean and organized. Help with laundry and folding.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handling of late arrivals and early departures.
- Handle noise complaints and other issues in a professional manner while proactively trying to resolve the issue for our guests.
- General cleaning duties to keep the public area clean and organized
- Monitor the status of all the outside facilities and lights.
- Help with unfinished laundries.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Must be a responsible, organized & detailed oriented individual who can work with minimum supervision and display confidence in dealing with stressful situations.
- Must be honest, reliable and dependable.
- Must be a team orientated individual with good interactive skills
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- High school graduate, a degree or diploma is an asset.
- Criminal check is needed.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $17.50-$19.00 per hour

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay
