**Summary**

We are seeking a talented and experienced Data Scientist with expertise in facial recognition and deep learning to join our dynamic team and drive advancements in facial recognition technology.

As a Data Scientist - Facial Recognition Specialist, you will be instrumental in developing and implementing advanced deep learning techniques to enhance our facial recognition capabilities. Working closely with our research and development team, you will push the boundaries of facial recognition technology, leveraging your expertise in machine learning, computer vision, and deep neural networks. Your contributions will be vital in solving complex challenges and shaping the future of facial recognition within FGF Brands.

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Research, develop, and optimize deep learning models for facial recognition tasks, including face detection, face recognition, facial attribute analysis, and facial expression recognition.
- Collect, preprocess, and curate large-scale facial datasets for training and evaluation purposes.
- Train, fine-tune, and evaluate deep learning models on high-performance computing systems.
- Conduct thorough experiments and analyses to assess the performance and robustness of facial recognition algorithms.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience working on facial recognition projects, with a focus on deep learning techniques.
- Master's or Ph.D. degree in computer vision, computer science, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch,
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python.
- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, computer vision, and image processing techniques.
- Familiarity with large-scale dataset collection, preprocessing, and augmentation.
- Experience in training and fine-tuning deep neural networks on GPU-accelerated hardware.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Publications in top-tier conferences or journals related to deep learning, computer vision, or facial recognition.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) and distributed computing frameworks.
- Experience with facial landmark detection, or 3D face reconstruction.
