**Salary: $41,000 - $51,000**

We are currently seeking a Resident Caretaker for a rental portfolio totaling 38 units. The primary function of this position is to lead the day-to-day operations of a

Cascadia-managed building and be the representative of the property.

**Responsibilities**:
The position will be responsible for regular maintenance and light repair work in suites and common property. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

- Administrative work involved in the operation of the property.
- Book viewings of suites and interview potential tenants,
- Complete accurate detailed move in/out reports for each tenant,
- Collect, deposit, record, and report all rent payments,
- Schedule and supervise contractors,
- Respond to emergencies,
- Cut lawn
- Maintain parking lot area and front walkway
- Vacuum hallways, stairs and front entrance
- Fixture installation (i.e., faucets, lights, etc.)
- Minor plumbing repairs (i.e., drain unclogging)
- Minor suite repairs such as basic carpentry, drywall patching, and painting
- Must have vehicle and valid BC Driver’s License
- Other duties as may be required occasionally.

**Qualifications**
- Moving on-site is a possibility,
- Self-motivated with the ability to take directions and work without supervision,
- Customer service and communication skills,
- Knowledge and/or experience regarding electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $41,000.00-$51,000.00 per year
