**Position Summary**:
Reporting to Coordinator, Revenue Services, the position is responsible for database cleanup of Customer IDs in the Great Plains (Diamond) software. This position is responsible for contacting existing tax and utility customers to confirm the correct names associated with each customer ID. This position will work closely with the Information Technology Department to determine the best approach to purging inactive data.

**Responsibilities**:

- include, but are not limited to:

- Conduct testing on merges, utility bills, assessment notices and tax notices to ensure proper names are included on each.
- Communicate with other Finance Clerks as there will be direct impact on other modules in Great Plains (Diamond) Software.
- Purge inactive customers and merge duplicate customer IDs using software.
- Create online fill-able form to manage required customer information.
- Track all outgoing letters and customer correspondence.

**Qualifications**:
This position is within the scope of C.U.P.E. Local 30, and as such, you will be required to adhere to the articles contained within the Collective Agreement.

Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week; Monday to Friday.

Duration: Immediately - February 6, 2026
