**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Cleanliness of kitchen and work areas, adherence to sanitation code at all times ensures the timely preparation of quality menu times to all F/B outlets including restaurant, bar, banquets, room service and staff cafeteria, while working on the line. Completes mise-en-place to standard levels as required, fills out requisitions for items that need to be ordered, rotates refrigerator stock, receives and verifies orders, attend meetings and training’s as required. Focus areas to be breakfast and banquet production but with knowledge of all cooking stations in The Albion Rooms/Novotel Ottawa.
