Conceptualiser et concevoir des immeubles, et établir le plan des devis descriptifs, des matériaux de construction, des coûts et des horaires de construction
Administration de bureau
Planification urbaine
Surveillance de chantiers de construction
Préparer des esquisses et des maquettes
Recherche architecturale
Préparer les dessins, les devis descriptifs et tout autre document de construction pour les entrepreneurs et le personnel de métier, ou en superviser l'exécution
Études de faisabilité et analyses financières de projets de construction
Supervision de technologues, de techniciens et d'architectes
Évaluer les coûts
Administration financière et budgétaire
Préparer des documents d'appel d'offres, participer à la négociation de contrats et accorder des contrats de construction
Préparation d'études schématiques
Préparation de devis
Soumissionner et administrer des contrats
Design d'intérieur (général)
Surveiller les activités sur le chantier de construction afin d'assurer la conformité aux devis descriptifs
Exécuter des études de faisabilité et des analyses financières des projets de construction Fonctions et activités des superviseurs
Personnes avec diverses responsabilités Titres de compétence (certificats, permis, affiliations, cours, etc.)
Appartenance à l'Ordre des architectes du Québec Systèmes de gestion (sig ou bd)
