Part Time Dietary Aide

Days, Weekends, Evenings, Holidays

12, 8 and 4 hour shifts

Dietary duties include serving meals, portioning, clearing tables, using industrial kitchen, cleaning and sanitizing kitchens and dining areas, putting away orders, food preparation
- Working independently and as part of team
- Interacting with residents

Grade 12 education or non-academic equivalent (to be determined/assessed by service provider).

Pre-employment vulnerable sector check required.

Demonstrated ability to attend work on a regular and consistent basis.

Good oral and written communication skills.

The ability to work required shifts: days, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.

Must have sound interpersonal, problem solving and organizational skills.

Compassion, integrity, maturity, respect and a positive attitude are essential attributes.

Previous experience in long term care in housekeeping and laundry an asset
