We are looking for a creative and driven **Social Media Manager** to join our team at Nutrition Excellence Inc. This is a part-time, in-office role focused on managing and growing our digital presence for Nutraphase, Protein & Co., and Clean Beans across **Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube**, targeting both Canadian and U.S. audiences.

**Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to)**:

- Develop and execute monthly social media strategies tailored to each platform and audience.
- Conduct market trend and competitor research to stay ahead of content trends and emerging platforms.
- Create dynamic, on-brand content including Reels, Stories, TikToks, and videos.
- Basic graphic design work using **Canva** and video editing on **CapCut**.
- Write engaging copy for posts and campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support product launches, campaigns, and in-store activations.
- Analyze content performance and adapt strategies to improve engagement and reach.
- Coordinate with influencers and brand ambassadors to create and share content.
- Support marketing research and content planning.

**Work Schedule**:

- In-office hours**:Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM**.
- Remote hours**:Tuesday and Friday**:

- Work Location: 1100 Burloak Drive, Burlington, Ontario
- Additional flexibility may be requested for special events, launches, or campaigns.

**Time Off**:

- Must be requested at least 2 weeks in advance.

You will work closely with the marketing team and report to the Brand Manager and Marketing Coordinator to ensure all content aligns with the brand values and campaign objectives.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
