**Job Title: Store Manager**

**Organic Cleaners is a small, family-owned dry cleaning business in Woodbridge, we are committed to providing eco-friendly and high-quality cleaning services to our customers. We are currently seeking a Store Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our store.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage all aspects of the store, including staff supervision, inventory management, customer service, and quality control**
**- Ensure that all cleaning processes are carried out according to company standards and guidelines**
**- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner**
**- Monitor and analyze store performance, sales trends, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement**
**- Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and expenses**
**- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of the store**

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in retail or customer service management, preferably in the dry cleaning industry**
**- Strong leadership and communication skills**
**- Excellent customer service skills**
**- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously**
**- Knowledge of dry cleaning processes and equipment is a plus**
**- Familiarity with eco-friendly cleaning practices is preferred**

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
