**You will**
- Support the Construction team and trade/supply partners in daily operations on site
- Provide Administrative support to the Construction team
- Ensure the daily duties and tasks related to jobs under construction are completed
- Communicate with team members - be the ‘hubster’ and know what’s going on, where, with who, at all times
- Oversee the completion of all job start tasks
- Train, coach, support and provide back up of other administrative team member(s), when required

**You have**
- Proven administrative skills
- Experience in real estate and construction development (required)
- A BCIT ABT Diploma, or similar, and you want to grow into a Project Coordinator, and beyond
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- A great sense of humour
- The ability to get things done

Estimated annual salary range is $45,000 to $55,000, based on experience.

This role is site-based at our MTN Village project in Squamish, BC (1940 Forestry Rd, Squamish, BC V8B 0A8).
