**Position Overview**:
We are seeking passionate, service-oriented, positive, and hard-working individuals with a love for group fitness and an excitement for our brand to join our team as a Steel City Cycle Crew Member. This is a high-standards holding business looking for energetic, efficient, forward-thinking problem-solvers with exceptional interpersonal skills and attention to detail.

**Responsibilities**:
Provide exceptional customer service and hospitality to Steel City Cycle clients.

Complete daily studio tasks including, but not limited to, fitness studio, spin studio, reception, and facilities maintenance and cleaning, and overall studio support.

Provide support to instructors to ensure a successful class set-up.

Perform regular equipment maintenance.

Work together with all staff members to build an efficient and extraordinary studio experience.

Attend ongoing meetings and trainings.

Assist Steel City Cycle clients in a professional manner while maintaining the friendly studio culture.

Maintain the distinct Steel City Cycle aesthetic, appearance, atmosphere, and culture.

**Requirements**:
Passionate about an exceptional fitness class.

Ability to prioritize, pivot, and multi-task within a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work with a wide range of personalities.

Positive, can-do attitude.

Friendly and professional communicator (understands etiquette).

Flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule, including weekends, holidays, and some early morning, midday, and late evening shifts.

Minimum of 6-8 hours/week.

Ability to lift/carry a minimum of 30 lbs.

**Benefits**:
Crew members can purchase the unlimited monthly membership and enjoy all its benefits for $30 CAD per month.

Crew members can take one class during their shift, provided their tasks are completed as required. Outside of shifts, crew members can take as many classes as they’d like.

Pay: From $17.20 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 6 per week
