**Responsibilities of Autobody Painter**:

- Preparing surfaces for painting by eliminating old paint, filling in holes, and fixing damage;
- Blending paint hues to attain the intended outcome;
- Administering paint onto surfaces using brushes, rollers, or spray guns;
- Verifying adequate coverage and a flawless finish;
- Managing the upkeep of painting tools and equipment;
- Adhering to safety protocols and donning protective gear during work.

**Requirements**:

- **_ 1+ years of experience as an auto body licensed painter or apprentice_**
- ** Technical Skills**: Proficiency in color mixing, surface preparation, and various painting techniques.
- ** Detail-Oriented**: Keen attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- ** Problem-Solving Skills**: Ability to troubleshoot and address painting issues or imperfections effectively.
- ** Physical Stamina**: Capability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- ** Certifications**: Relevant certifications or vocational training in auto body painting or a related field.
- ** Software Skills**: Familiarity with computerized paint mixing systems and paint-related software is advantageous.
- ** Team Player**: Ability to collaborate effectively with other auto body technicians and professionals.
- ** On-the-Job exposure to the following elements**:Fumes, dirt, chemicals/toxins, hazards, heat/cold, noise.
