**In this position, you will have the opportunity to**:

- Operate and monitor machines used for molding or vulcanizing rubber articles or products
- Use machines, equipment or hand tools to cut, shape, connect, adjust and bond rubber materials to form parts or finished products
- Use finishing machines or equipment to trim, grind or trim rubber products, grinding or trimming rubber products into their final shape
- Visually inspect finished products for defects and to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Comply with health and safety regulations
- Package products in accordance with instructions
- Permanent full-time position
- ** Shift**: evening (Monday to Friday 3pm-11pm), night (Sunday to Thursday 11pm-7am)
- ** Salary**: $23.70/hr on entry, $25.22/hr after 1920 hours worked
- ** Shift premium**: $1.25/hr for evening shift, $1.75/hr for night shift

- Be able to work the night shift (11 p.m. to 7 a.m.) and/or the evening shift (3 p.m. to 11 p.m.)
- Possess physical (you have to work standing up) and manual skills
