Cleaner

**Overview**

**Duties**
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming in designated areas.
- Utilize commercial cleaning equipment and supplies to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
- Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, break rooms, and common areas while ensuring adequate supplies are stocked.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding any maintenance needs or safety concerns.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to requests from building occupants.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety protocols is advantageous.
- Strong time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 25lbs and a maximum of 50lbs and perform physical tasks consistently throughout the shift.
- Excellent communication skills to interact positively with clients and team members.

**Requirements**:

- Must be 18 or older
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have valid driver's license
- Up to date Whimis certificate
- Must be able to work alone

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 6.25 per week
