What you will do:
The Media Coordinator role is an important member of a broader consumer marketing team. You will be supporting multiple lines of business including but not limited to: Brand, Digital Commerce, Film and more. You will report directly into the Manager, Media Strategy and alongside them, be one of the key point of contact with our media agency. You will take accountability for yours and the agency’s work to deliver media performance rooted in data. For more tactical campaign spends or those in support of Studio ad buy requests (primarily digital), you will support the Manager, Media Strategy and plan, buy, analyze, and optimize each campaign in house to ensure delivery against key business and campaign objectives.

Key Responsibilities- Media Campaign Management - Plan and Execute in-house digital media campaigns. Support Manager to review media plan strategies and campaigns executed by the media agency.- Campaign Analysis and Reporting - Assist in the development and organization of supportive data for plans and recommendations. In addition, you will assist the agency in developing and aligning on campaign post reports, as well as creating those in support of campaigns bought internally.- Collaboration - Work closely with key stakeholders including Consumer Marketing, D&T, Marketing Analytics, Social Media teams and external Studio partners on paid media campaign development and analysis.- Financial Tracking - Responsible for coding media invoices within Medius for payment. Responsible for updating budgets and budget summaries within the master Budget Control Reports as advised by the Manager, Media Strategy in support of all lines of business. Manage contracts/ insertion orders and any resulting revisions with media vendors/media agency.- Audience segment creation and maintenance - Create and maintain audience segments for campaigns based on the media plan targeting strategy. Support the media agency and Manager to review first-party data segments targeting strategy.

Education & Certification- Bachelor's degree; degree or concentration in advertising, marketing, business administration, and communications preferred

Experience- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in digital media buying and planning. Performance marketing experience would be ideal.- Experience inputting planned and actualized spend into a BCR and reconciling invoices- Track record of success throughout post-secondary career and previous employment

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities- You’re a friend and partner combined - you’re thoughtful about your relationship with your agency partner(s) and internal counterparts to drive the business- Good quantitative skills, including analytical abilities and math proficiency- Technical proficiency, particularly with paid media platforms (Meta, google ads etc), Excel, Word and PowerPoint- Experience with media planning and buying- Detail-oriented, able to multi-task and produce accurate work product- Solid verbal and written communication skills
