Line Cook

The Lantzville Pub is a well established community pub and is growing. We are looking for an experienced Line Cook passionate about food that can join our kitchen team to help prepare meals in a efficient and consistent manner.

Duties will include:
Consistent cooking and preparation of the menu food;
Setting up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies;
Preparing food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables or preparing sauces);
Keeping a sanitized work area.

Job Duties:

- Follow recipes and presentation specifications
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
- Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes

Additional Duties:

- Recording food temperature

- Temperature screenings
- Sanitizing, disinfecting, or cleaning procedures in place

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.50-$24.00 per hour
