Teaching Assistant

**Overview**

**Duties**
- Assist teachers in preparing instructional materials and lesson plans.
- Facilitate classroom activities and manage student engagement.
- Provide one-on-one tutoring and support to students who require additional assistance.
- Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Blackboard to track student progress and facilitate online learning.
- Conduct research to support curriculum development and instructional design initiatives.
- Help maintain an organized and conducive classroom environment.
- Collaborate with educators to assess student needs and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.

**Qualifications**
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles and educational methodologies.
- Experience with research techniques relevant to educational practices.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems, particularly Blackboard, is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to educate effectively.
- Previous tutoring or teaching experience in a classroom setting is advantageous.
- A passion for education and a commitment to supporting student success.
