Seasonal (Seasonal) **WHAT'S IN IT FOR ME?** - Free Alterra Mountain Pass for employees; ski or ride for free at Alterra owned destinations - Alterra Mountain Passes for your family; - Discounts on Blue Mountain Lift tickets for friends and family; - Free skating; - Staff priced meals &Starbucks treats; - Staff room rates at all our hotels; - Retail savings at Burton, The North Face, Red Devil Sports, Hillside, and more **SEASONAL-PART TIME** **WAGE-$19.29 HOUR** **2 to 3 Shifts per week** **WHAT WILL I BE DOING?** The purpose of this role is to maintain the grounds on resort to the highest standards, including general maintenance, landscaping and waste management - Conducts ice patrols and assesses general hazards to ensure the safety of our guests and employees. - Monitors material levels in SOS Bins. - Makes basic repairs/maintenance of department equipment such as blowers. - Informs Management of supplies required, such as equipment parts. - Responsible for waste management of trash, recycling and food waste (organic waste). - Is aware of and is compliant with the standards and tactics of the business unit as directed by their leaders through training and coaching. **WHAT DO YOU NEED FROM ME**: - Valid Class "G" Driver's License an asset. - High school or equivalent education preferred. - Must be physically fit; able to lift and carry heavy materials and perform repetitive tasks involving shoveling, bending, stretching, walking and kneeling. - Experience with snow removal an asset. - Knowledge of the Resort an asset. - Demonstrates a willingness to gain knowledge specific to their job area and is receptive to feedback from leadership to further their own growth and expertise. **AUTHENTICITY | EMPOWERMENT | COLLABORATION | PURPOSE** **BLUE MOUNTAIN RESORT COMPANY OVERVIEW** Blue Mountain Resort is Ontario's largest mountain resort.
