**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Perform custodial duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting to maintain cleanliness in assigned areas.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools for cleaning tasks as necessary.
- Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify areas that require maintenance or cleaning.
- Manage time efficiently to complete tasks within designated schedules while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns regarding cleanliness and maintenance.
- Assist with heavy lifting when moving furniture or equipment during cleaning processes.
- Collaborate with the facilities maintenance team to ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and equipment is in good working condition.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning, custodial work, or residential cleaning is required.
- Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices is a plus.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and clients.
- Ability to manage time effectively while handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using power tools and hand tools is advantageous.
- Ability to drive is an asset.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2 - 10 per week
