**We are hiring for a Wine Advisor at our East Maple Ridge Save-On-Foods location in Maple Ridge, BC.**

**For this position, you must be 19 years of age or older.**

**Open availability is preferred.**

**You will be responsible for**

• Providing customers with information about various specially selected wines and making recommendations on tastings and food pairings when required.
• Providing demonstrations on various wine products to engage customers.
• Going the Extra Mile for our customers and fellow team members.
• Ensuring the department is well stocked and presented.
• Handling customer service inquiries and providing a positive customer experience.
• Using a variety of equipment, including knives.

**You have**

• Serving It Right Certification or willingness to obtain it.
• A passion for great food and providing outstanding customer service.
• A strong work ethic and “let’s get it done” attitude.
• Integrity, enthusiasm, and willingness to Go the Extra Mile.
• Retail customer service experience (considered an asset).

**Compensation Details**

$17.85 - $21.00

The compensation offered for this position will take into consideration location, education, skills, experience, and other factors.
