Tow Truck Driver

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Class 1A Tow Truck Driver to join our team.
This role requires a strong understanding of automotive repair and mechanical knowledge, as well as the ability to operate various types of tow trucks and equipment.
With base salary and commission pay.
**Duties**
- Respond promptly to towing requests and emergency roadside assistance calls.
- Safely operate tow trucks to transport vehicles to designated locations.
- Perform basic automotive repairs and troubleshooting as needed on-site.
- Maintain accurate records of all towing activities, including vehicle condition and customer interactions.
- Ensure the tow truck is in good working condition through regular inspections and maintenance.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing their needs during the towing process.
- Assist in loading and unloading vehicles using proper techniques to prevent damage.
**Qualifications**
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) is required.
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to automotive repair is preferred.
- Experience in commercial driving, particularly with tow trucks or similar vehicles, is highly desirable.
- Forklift operation experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
