**This Exciting Position**:
The Clinical Trainer forms part of the SharpLight team and is accountable for performing related duties at a high professional level and carrying out responsibilities including but not limited to the following areas: Training, Customer service, and Quality Assurance. **Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- Train our partners on our SharpLight Technologies products
- Conduct demonstrations for new or existing partners on clinical treatments and our products
- Support Territory Manager in leading demonstrations and other projects as needed
- Maintain a high level of customer service with all partners
- Ensure you have superior knowledge of SharpLight products and technologies to articulate to existing and new partners

**The Superstar**:
We are looking for an individual who is self-directed, proactive, energetic, and who has a proven track record in Training & Customer Service. The required experience we are looking for include:
**Requirements**:

- Aesthetics or Nursing education background or work experience
- Punjabi or Mandarin or Cantonese language a definite asset
- Open to travel as per business needs
- Previous experience with laser technology a definite asset
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to interact with all levels within the organization

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Calgary, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- aesthetician: 3 years (preferred)
