**Role and Facility Information**:
As Canada’s largest outpatient medical clinic owner-operator we put patients and their family’s health first. Our clinic is situated in a plaza on Cambie Rd and No. 5. easily accessible via highway 99 or 91, and the Knight St bridge. The area boasts a variety of shops, restaurants, and other businesses. It is close to new and established neighbourhoods, conveniently nearby big box stores and plenty of public parks makes this ideal location to raise a young family. Near by the highways makes it a breeze for trips to Vancouver, Whistler, airport, Tsawwassen, and Seattle, USA
Fun Fact: Did you know Richmond is home of Canada’s largest commercial fishing harbour and one of the largest producers of cranberries in Canada? On your way to discover the fisherman’s wharf in Steveston Village, you’ll surely pass by many local farms.
Our Cambie location is a multi-disciplinary and multi-physician clinic with a very collegiate atmosphere and a physician focused MOA support team. The clinic also provides virtual and telehealth options which can be accessed at home.
The ideal physician would be in a position to provide full-scope family practice either full-time or part-time. The WELL Health team will work closely with you to ensure there is a smooth transition of the practice. You can expect flexible hours and would be masters of your own schedule. You will have the opportunity to work the way you want
Financials:
Overhead Agreement: Billing Split - 70/30*
Bi-Monthly payment (FFS, LFP) or Monthly (PCN)
- The financial agreement in the clinic is coordinated through with the Director of Recruitment.

Practice Details:

- Access to 2 exam rooms during shifts, clinic has 6 exam rooms
- Shared office space
- Juno (OSCAR) EMR

Hours:
Flexible The clinic is currently open from Mon to Fri. The new physician will work out a schedule with the clinic.
- No strict policy around time off

Hospital and ER Dept shifts:
These are not part of the expectation of our community or clinic.
Special Services:
Annual flu shot clinic
On Call Arrangement:

- To be discussed.

Staff:
The clinic currently has 6 part-time full-time physicians, LPN, as well as an office manager and MOA’s who can all help with the transition process.
Files:
The Clinic is currently using Juno (Oscar) EMR. There are no paper charts associated with the practice

Qualifications:

- Hold or eligible for Certification in the College of Family Physicians (CCFP)
- Hold or eligible for full license to practice medicine in BC
- Good standing with BC's College of Physicians and Surgeons
- Provisional license eligible applicants are welcome to apply
- Hospital privileges will be an asset
