**Winter Ticket Booth Agent GS24-03**

Hardwood Ski and Bike is looking for a dynamic team member to be the friendly and knowledgeable greeter for our Ticket Booth for the winter ski season.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Providing exceptional customer service to our guest's and member's questions.
- Good knowledge of website for what Hardwood Ski and Bike has to offer
- Ability to give clear and concise directions to guest when checking in
- Assist as needed in other departments and communication with staff

**Required skills and abilities**:

- Excellent customer service skills and enjoys working with people
- Knowledge of Apps and other programs is considered an asset
- Excellent communication skills, including a professional radio manner
- Attention to detail, a team mentality and a positive attitude
- Hardwood Trail knowledge considered an asset

This is a part - time position where weekend availability is _**required.**_
Ideal position for student.
