The Maintenance Staff is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the resort by performing regular maintenance tasks, repairs, and upgrades. This role requires a hands-on approach and a strong understanding of maintenance procedures, building systems, and equipment.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical work, HVAC maintenance, and carpentry work.
- Respond to maintenance requests from guests and staff and resolve any maintenance-related issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance work performed, including schedules, costs, and materials used.
- Inspect the resort regularly to identify potential maintenance issues and take preventative measures to avoid them.
- Ensure the resort grounds and common areas are clean, well-maintained, and free of debris.
- Operate and maintain all equipment, tools, and supplies used in maintenance operations.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed and perform safety checks on equipment and facilities.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve maintenance issues and improve overall operations.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years of experience in maintenance, construction, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of basic repair and maintenance techniques
- Familiarity with electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, and equipment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy equipment and supplies
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
