Mike Perruzza Painting is a fun, fast-paced work environment that rewards people for finding creative and efficient ways to complete each painting project. You’ll be working in small teams of 2-3 people all with the same goal; make money and have fun while doing it. We offer full-time positions with 40+ hours each week. You will be working 5 days a week, usually Monday-Friday but some weekends as well. The painting position will start May 1st.

**Responsibilities and Duties**

**Painter Position**:
Painting experience is an asset, however, we look for positive attitudes above all else. We want people who are willing to learn our systems and will contribute to our company culture in the process.

**Our expectations include, but are not limited to**:

- Always Punctual
- Respectful to clients and fellow painters
- Do what you say you'll do
- Finish what you start
- Physically capable of moving equipment and painting
- Work on ladders (most projects will require working at heights)
- Has reliable access to transportation (preferably own vehicle)
- Willing to learn
- Able to work as a team member

**Crew Chief: Same as painter with increased responsibility on job sites**:

- Managing clients
- Managing painters
- Moving equipment

**Qualifications and Skills**

Painting experience and education is an asset, but not vital to being hired - We value a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. We want to hire people who we like working with, and others will want to work with as well.

**Benefits and Bonuses**:
We offer additional performance-based incentives and a bonus for completing the summer.

**Raises**:
Wages are earned regularly by increased responsibility and efficiency

**Salary: $14.25 to $20.00 /hour
