Procurement Strategy Deployment Manager

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate the Strategy Deployment process for Global Procurement & Real Estate (GPRE) and ensure alignment with objectives and priorities.
- Drive execution of strategic initiatives
- Responsible for enhancing the strategic engagement between strategy element owners and plans.
- Support on-going strategy development for GPRE
- Gather and analyze market and competitive intelligence on best in class practices
- Act as interface between strategy projects leads and element owners.
- Lead development effort of our global strategic business plans, annual operating plans and drive the execution of these plans across the GPRE organization and partner with senior leadership team.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain or similar field
- 5+ years of experience in strategy development and deployment
- Experience driving global cross-organizational initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to provide insight through a detailed review of operational results
- Experience using market/economic/other data to make data-driven recommendations
- Strong Project Management skills
- Strong cross-functional team leadership and communication
- Ability to engage teams in a matrix organization
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact at various management levels inside and outside of the organization
