**Responsibilities**
- Execute high-quality carpentry work, including structural & architectural formwork, framing, and finishing
- Read and interpret construction drawings with accuracy
- Maintain productivity, efficiency, and a high standard of workmanship
- Support and mentor apprentices and junior carpenters
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented job site culture
- Follow all WorkSafeBC and company safety procedures

**Qualifications**
- **Red Seal Journeyperson Carpenter certification** (required)
- 3-5+ years of experience in structural carpentry, formwork, or framing
- Ability to solve problems and anticipate issues on site
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to high standards
- Interest in leadership opportunities and long-term career growth
