**Your New Role**

As a **Estimator **, you are at the core of the business and play a key role on the management team. You will be responsible for in taking new tenders & job opportunities, analyzing project plans & drawings, sourcing pricing from sub-contractors and suppliers and working relentlessly to build competitive packages for clients that meet their timelines and their budget.

**Here's what you'll need to have**
- Curiosity to tackle new things with a can-do attitude and the ability to think outside of the box.
- Self-starter and always one step ahead of what's expected, your call of duty & the competition.
- Love for the details with a focus on the big picture.
- You're looking for a career, not just a job.
- A background (and passion) in general construction (Commercial, Industrial and Institutional)
- Experience reading architectural drawings & blueprints
- Experience running various aspects of commercial, institutional and/or industrial construction sites
- Familiar with Office 365 Basic Suite, specifically Excel.
- Valid Drivers License
- Ability to obtain necessary clearances (credit check, child abuse registry, background check)
- Experience in construction estimating is required
- Certificate in Construction Management or Construction estimating would be an asset.
