**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead Lagree Fitness classes with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Design and execute effective workouts using the Mini Pro (our newest Lagree reformer on the market).
- Build rapport with clients, and create a personalized experience, while offering modifications and adjustments to ensure proper alignment during the classes.
- Assist with studio operations, including equipment setup and maintenance, class scheduling, and client check-in as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- **We are looking for Reformer Pilates Instructors, Group Fitness Instructors and/or Lagree Instructors.**
- The ability to communicate anatomy, biomechanics, and exercise physiology to clients during class and if questions arise.
- Time management is key Be on time, so our classes stay on schedule.
- Experience with transitions during classes, so there is a seamless flow.
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for motivating and empowering others to achieve their fitness goals.
- **CPR/AED certification required.**
- Flexible availability to teach classes during mornings, evenings, and weekends.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $30.00-$45.00 per hour

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- fitness instructor: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- CPR Certification (preferred)

Work Location: In person
