Quality Assurance Specialist

**Duties**
- Maintain quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Train and mentor staff on quality management practices, emphasizing the importance of quality assurance.
- Preform quality certifications on products using the CMM, plate inspections, LabMaster laser system.
- Lead quality assurance initiatives by analyzing manufacturing processes and identifying areas for improvement.
- Oversee the calibration Lab in conducting regular inspections and certification of our product.
- Conduct root cause analysis for defects or non-conformities and develop corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to product safety and quality.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a quality lab or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of QA/QC methodologies and tools.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (ISO9001:2015) and accreditation processes (ISO/IEC 17025)
- Lead audit experience and ability to train an internal auditing team
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of Health & Safety standards in the manufacturing sector

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
