The team’s strong communication and collaboration create a supportive environment where everyone works together to uphold these important values. **The Role** As a Legal Assistant, you will support Crown Counsel in preparing prosecution case files for court proceedings. Working under the supervision of Crown Counsel and the Office Manager, you will perform a variety of legal services in a high-profile and fast-paced office. Your role requires flexibility, teamwork, tact, diplomacy, communication, and strong organizational skills to ensure the efficient, accurate, and timely completion of responsibilities. **Qualifications**: **Education and Experience Requirements** - Secondary school graduation or equivalent. Experience working as an administrative or legal assistant in an office environment.**Preference may be given to applicants with any of the following**: - Successful completion of an Administrative Assistant, Legal Assistant, or Paralegal certificate. - Experience working as a Legal Assistant in a legal office. - One year or more experience working as a Legal Assistant in a legal office. - Experience working within the criminal justice sector.
